The test pressing is a review copy of the album (sound) before the final run is made (no artwork on the inner label). You will also receive a bonus Ammonia Mint 400 vinyl sleeve to keep it in. 

Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, Ammonia (Dave Johnstone, Allan Balmont and Simon Hensworth) burst onto the Australian and International music scene with their breakout debut album Mint 400 on the Murmur (Sony) label in 1995. Singles "Drugs", "Ken Carter" and "Suzi Q" were released and the album in the formats of CD, Cassette and a limited edition vinyl, which is highly sought after by collectors. 

Love As Fiction Records is proud to license and re-issue the Mint 400 album on vinyl for the first time since original release, with the follow updates:

 - Remastered Audio (by Chris Hanszek of Hanszek Audio in 2023)

 - Restored original artwork for 2023 in a new gatefold sleeve

 - 180gm vinyl 

The records were produced in Australia by Suitcase Records

T-shirts will be screenprinted in Perth, WA. 

Mint 400 was recorded by Kevin "Caveman" Shirley and the band over an intense recording period at Festival studios in Sydney, directly to analogue tape.
