Hi everyone!
We've now launched our new website and have a consolidated home for the Bluebottle Kiss Somnambulist Homesick Blues records, our Ammonia Mint 400 and Love As Fiction Records tees/merch and a place to host future releases and pre-orders. The new platform gives us better flexibility to do a pre-order and also take partial payments so you don't have to pay in full at the start.
Overall this should be easier to use for you (and for me) as we scale up to do more records in future. Any feedback welcome.
What's next? The plan is to get a pre-order going for Mint 400 which will include a deluxe gatefold coloured vinyl plus some special edition screenprint tees. The lead time is likely to be mid 2023 for release. Thanks to Dave, Allan and Simon from Ammonia for supporting this project, I will consult them for artistic direction/approval as we progress with the album development.
I'm also working on more Bluebottle Kiss, in particular Fear of Girls. This project will take a bit of work as it needs to be a double LP and there is no suitable artwork available to use for a record. If anyone happens to have large prints from the era e.g. record promo posters in good condition please let me know.
As back story for those who weren't on the old page, we setup in late 2021 and launched a pre-order project for the Bluebottle Kiss EP. Thanks to the support of the band and fans we were able to release a 150 copy limited edition and at the time of writing there are 11 copies left.
